WHAT WAS FRANKINCENSE AND MYRRH USED FOR IN THE BIBLE?

Though perhaps best known for their use in incense and ancient rituals, these substances—both of which boast proven antiseptic and inflammatory properties—were once considered effective remedies for everything from toothaches to leprosy.

Well twelve years ago I made a batch of anointing oil using pure virgin olive oil and some Frankincense and Myrrh and some Holy water from Jerusalem. It was awesome even at the first. I have a very small cistern I use that has never been empty since I started making the oil 12 years ago.
I have spent four years of my life on the radio preaching and teaching. The oil is always exposed to air which the Holy ghost anoints the oil every time we have service or counsel or have prayer. We put it in every room in our house.

When I make a new batch I take all the oil in all the places we put it and mix it all together. I add some from the cistern I talked about earlier and then I Had some home-grown Frankincense and Myrrh from my friend’s farm. He makes all kinds of oil to burn in an oil burner.

It all does wonderful for the fresh smell from the oil. At the dinner table we take a little container and pour a little oil in the crystal glass vace we have on the table. We pray for others and ourselves. I have prayed and spoke in Gods heavenly language made cd’s of me teaching and all this time the oil is exposed to the anointing.
