Don’t Go By Feeluibngs And Emotions

If they hated me they will hate you.

Children of God should not go by feelings and emotions. We need to be steadfast unmovable forever enduring in the things of God. Led by what the word of God say’s. This is why we should go by the word. Jesus said if they hated me they will hate you. The word hate in the bible doesn’t mean hate like we understand in the natural.
It means that God disapproves of our actions and putting things of the world before him. Here is why I feel this way. For eight years Dee and I have attended a church. Dee and I have invited many people to dinner at our house. Some come and some won’t. I am like why don’t they come. I look in my heart and look to see if I have ever hurt that person who won’t come. Then I just give it to God. Sometimes I have and some times I have.
No one from church from the Pastor all the way down the line has invited us any where in those 8 years. It hurts and feelings want us to suffer the pain. I am not saying that we shouldn’t work thru the situation. I am saying don’t let our feelings control us. Most of the time it is the person and has nothing to do with us. They have things that control them through their own natural feelings. I was mentally sick for two years and could not even go out side. Not one person came to visit me. Dee kept going to Church like the good Christian she is and praying for me.
We had a brother who lived alone for years and he was 86 and lived down the street from the Pastor and another saint. In all those years no one went to see him. A Brother picked him up and brought him to church yet never stayed to fellowship with him. Dee became his care giver and was until he died of cancer. Why he was sick no one came. To be lonely and sick and have no one cares. It hurts our heart and our feelings.
Yet we must not go by feelings but the word of God. If they hated me Jesus said they will hate you. Dee and I are Holy Ghost filled and speak in God’s heavenly language or as the Bible say’s unknown tongues. Most of the people in the church are not filled with the Holy Ghost. The Pastor will get up and strike at us about tongues and even make fun of the operation of the spirit. We take this personal and know he is directing this at us. It makes me want to stop and rebuke the Pastor right in front of the church about denying the spirit.
See he is not rejecting us but rejecting God. There are no alter calls. People won’t stand up or clap their hands or praise him. It is a dry bone church and has no life in it. they talk about having love one to another yet its all afront. Dee and I have our own service on Tuesday night and we had this young lady come and she was tormented by evil spirits and voices. I do not pray for women without my wife ever.
She lay’s her hands on them and I put my hands on my wife. Now if the spirit tells me to lay my hands on a women I will but that isn’t very often. the word of God say’s lay your hands on no man suddenly and that includes women. Well the voices and demons went away. She went to a Pentecostal church with Dee to a woman’s convention. Dee prayed for her and she received the Holy Ghost and God has changed her life. Well one service I did lay my hands on her.
Well she goes and tells one of the Ministers that I scared her by laying my hands on her and praying. I was hurt and told not to pray for people and lay my hands on people. If you only knew the things the healings that people have received thru these healing hands God has given me.
You would understand how I feel. It is all about the Lord not about me the spirit tells me. If they hated me they will hate you Jesus said. There was another time that I prayed for a young lady and asked her if I could pray for her she said ok she is dying of cancer. She grew up in a Holy Ghost filled church where the Ministry laid hands on people.
If you only knew the things the healings the people that have received thru the healing hands God has given me I say it again. You would understand how I feel. It is all about the Lord not about me. If they hated me they will hate you Jesus said. There was another time that I prayed for a young lady and asked her if I could pray for her she said ok she is dying of cancer. She grew up in a Holy Ghost filled church where the Ministry lay hands on people. Well the other day I prayed for her in church during our prayer service.
Dee and I have a prayer service and no one shows up yet they will disturb our prayer time at the church. The Pastor’s wife and some people came in to get tables for this lady’s family reunion. We were having our prayer service they could see our car and know we were in there having prayer yet that didn’t matter getting the tables right then was more important. This young lady came over crying and told Dee about her having cancer and Dee asked me to pray for her. Knowing she is Holy Ghost filled makes a difference whether I will lay my hands on people. So I prayed for her and us being in prayer for more than an hour, I was anointed and she cried and almost fell down from the power of God in these hands.
She was so over whelmed with the things in her life. A couple day’s later she was walking by our house with her kids and waving at us as we were in the yard. She seemed alot more happy since we had prayed for her. See here is the thing people are afraid of the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit and both Dee and I have God’s power thru the Holy Ghost to pray for people. Does it mean every time we pray for people God heals the situation no he doesn’t yet many many times he has.
Dee and I believe in prayer we believe in speaking in a heavenly language of people and laying hands on the sick and them being healed. It is in the Bible and we want to do what Jesus say’s not go by our feelings. My Pastor use to say if he offends us he is sorry. Yet if the word of God offends then he won’t apoligize for the word. He is just a messenger and it is his job to share the truth that God had given him. Now when you attend a church where the men of God who teach get up and say nothing but story after story with no Bible. Then when you are sick and they don’t come visit you.
Then they avoid you and don’t talk to you. Then they won’t clap, praise, stand or have alter calls. Then tell me I can’t pray in my heavenly gift or lay hands on someone. Yet they love my wife to pray for them before they play their three songs and no more. They neve rinvite us anywhere including their house or dinner or out to eat or fellowship. It hurt’s my feeling yet I must not go by my feelings and emotions. I must go by the word of God.
If they hated Jesus they will hate us. The more spirit filled we become the more rejected we are. Jesus said even our Father and Mother and all our family and even our own self will hate us. Then if they hated me they will hate you praise God. Don’t go by feelings and emotions go by the word of God.
