Temperance

The next one of the attributes is temperance

Tempered steal is the hardest of metals made and it is almost impossible to cut or melt down. The purpose of overcoming is to build temperance in our lives. So we can go through the fire and trials with patience and it builds strength in God.

Acts. 24:25 And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.

Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

2 Pt. 1:6 and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;

There are not many scriptures on temperance because there was no temperance in the old testament because they on walked by faith. Jesus Christ was tempted in all ways, yet without sin.

He built up temperance through the spirit of God. The God almighty sent us the comforter so we could walk in the spirit and take on the fruit of the spirit in Gal 5. So let us walk in gods ways and truth him and we will bear the fruit of the spirit.
