Grace is mentioned 39 times in the old testament.God had grace on people in the old testament. Really I believe it all leads to the Comforter and the Holy Ghost and that was his Eternal grace when it was received Gen 6:8 Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. There are many more scriptures to prove my point about grace came from God before Jesus died on the cross. Now Jesus dying on the cross and then resurrecting was new testament Grace. Where Jesus died to do away with the old covenant and animal sacrafice.He also gained forgivness from the Father for his people. Through his birth,death and resurrection. Jesus Christ is the grace of God.The word of God is his grace also and is sharper than any two edged sword.Jesus tore the veil in twain. Then the Holy Ghost became the Eternal grace of God.In the New Testament and even today the Holy Ghost is the grace of God.The grace of this Religious world and believing people are once saved always saved.Is a lie! Yet when you have the Holy Ghost we just focus on the prize of the High Calling in Christ Jesus.The grace of God is us knowing we are just pilgrims and strangers here. Gods grace is eternal life.
